Neil Gosine began his career with the earliest days of the UNC. Neil has been a former Chairman of the St Joseph constituency, holding that post first in the year 2000.

He was also campaign manager in St. Joseph in 2002, 2015, and 2020.

Neil Gosine has served on several state boards over the years and owns his own successful insurance brokerage firm that is grounded in the history of the insurance industry for 48 years.

He is a regular contributor to national discourse through media commentary, opinion columns, and public education on economic and governance issues.

Neil Gosine holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) by assessment, and on the Panel of the Chartered Management Institute in London. He also holds a BA in Administrative Studies and a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics.
